Growing up together

Real life,told gently.

I'm Hường, a working mother of two girls from Vietnam. When the house falls quiet in the evening, I write and make films about what life has taught me: work, money, raising a child, and the art of slowing down.

My story

A day job in banking, a family at home, and one quiet hour a night.

I serve as a Supervisor and Customer Service Manager at a bank, overseeing the operations of our service department and branch, managing care for our VIP clientele, and personally attending to our priority customers at the counter. In this work, thoughtfulness lies in what is never said aloud: understanding each client's needs, responding at the right moment, and safeguarding every confidence entrusted to me.

I am grateful for the trust and goodwill of many of our older clients. To me, client care means attentive listening, thoughtful support and a lasting relationship, so that every visit to the bank is comfortable and reassuring.

I have come to believe that true refinement in service is not elaborate. It is composure, discretion and respect for the other person's time. Financial matters are always tied to something deeply personal, so I listen with tact before I respond.

At home, I am the one who plans the meals, the schedules and the bedtime routines of a busy family. For a long time, there was little time left for me.

So I began to claim the quiet hour in the evening. I am learning to write in English, to make films, and to turn everyday lessons into stories that might help someone else.

I am not an expert, and I am still learning. What I can offer is honesty: things I have lived, mistakes I have made, and small habits that slowly made life feel lighter.

Our family is okay. It will be truly okay when we have the time and the freedom to grow together.
The reason I began
The journal

Four chapters of life, known from the inside.

01

Work & Wellbeing

Pressure, difficult colleagues, quiet burnout, and how to protect your peace at work.

02

Family & Money

Budgeting for a young family, saving steadily, and choosing calm over chasing more.

03

Raising Two Girls

Routines, small rewards, the patience I am still practising, and growing up alongside them.

04

Slow Travel

I am not a big traveller and I avoid noisy, crowded places. But I love family trips to new lands: each one widens how I see life, people, culture and the way they speak. I slow down to listen and to understand.

The stories on my channels are fictional or illustrated, though built on real experience. They are offered for reflection and comfort, not as professional financial, legal or medical advice.

Recharging myself

A tired mother cannot pour from an empty cup.

One quiet hour

After the girls are asleep, an hour that belongs only to me: to write, to think, or simply to sit.

Rest without guilt

Ten minutes of doing nothing still counts. I am learning not to apologise for it.

Small joys

A cup of tea, a short walk, a favourite song. Small things that quietly refill the cup.

Asking for help

Sharing the load with family is not weakness. It is how a household stays kind.

These are habits I am practising, not medical advice. If you feel exhausted or low for a long time, please talk to a doctor or someone you trust.

What I believe

No noise. Only what is worth your time.

Kindness first

Every story should leave you feeling a little better, never smaller.

Honest & careful

I check what I share, and I will tell you when I simply do not know.

Learning aloud

I share the process, not a perfect life, and I am growing alongside you.

Watch, read, and stay a while.

Letters

A quiet letter, a few times a month.

Leave your email and I will send you a free gift: the 5-point scorecard I use to judge tools for making a faceless YouTube channel. Then about five short emails over two weeks.

I ask your work and your province only so I can choose examples that fit you. I make no promises about views or income. I have none to show yet, and I will not pretend.

Preview only: nothing has been sent or saved yet.

Your data: I collect only your email, work and province, to send the gift and choose fitting examples. I never sell it or share it for advertising. To view, correct or delete it, reply to any email and I will delete it within 7 days. I do not collect phone numbers, bank details or ID.

Correspondence

Let's talk.

A story to share, a question, or an idea to create together? I read every message, usually late in the evening, with a cup of tea.
